What is BPay?

BPay is the easy way to pay your bills.

If your bill has the BPay logo on it, you can pay it from your Rock account.

How can I use BPay?

You can use BPay in the following ways:

Click on the Internet Banking access and log on to our Internet Banking service.

Ring our Rock Direct telephone banking service on 1300 130 677.

Take your bill into any branch or mini branch of The Rock and tell us from which account you wish to pay your bill.

How do I register?

You need to register with us before you can use telephone banking or internet banking. You need only register once, and the same access code applies to both internet banking and telephone banking.
