Interest Only

With The Rock’s Interest Only facility, you can repay only the interest on your loan for up to five years of the loan term. Interest Only repayments are debited from an account held with The Rock on the last day of each month.

You may select individual terms of 1 – 5 years, or select a 30 year term with 1 – 5 years being Interest Only, and the remainder of the term on a principal and interest basis.

Our Interest Only facility is often attractive to investors as it enables them to maximise their tax deductions and free up any surplus funds for other investments.

At The Rock’s discretion, you may apply for an extension of the Interest Only period and we will review the request based on your repayment history, ongoing debt servicing capacity and the current value of the secured property.
