A Key Fact Sheet (KFS) is designed to help you choose the right home loan. It contains a summary of the key facts about a home loan, including interest rates, the total cost of the loan, monthly/annual repayments and an overview of how monthly payments will be affected if interest rates increase. KFS's are available on the standard Rock home loan products which are set out in a standardised format to allow you to readily compare different home loans and different lenders.

A KFS will be provided to you upon your request when enquiring about a Fixed or Variable, Prinicpal and Interest home loan. They may be produced from our website, or you can request a copy through any Rock branch.
