The Queensland Real Estate Trust Account is a business account specifically designed for real estate agents, to assist them with the management of their day-to-day business operation. Real Estate Trust Account features The Rock's Real Estate Trust Account is for use by Real Estate Agents, auctioneers and commercial agents, including restricted letting agents and motor dealers. This account can only be opened by customers who operate one of the above businesses in Queensland. The account is generally used to deposit rental receipts and deposits for the purchase of property or other assets. The Rock's Real Estate Trust Account* comprises two facilities - a Trust Account and a linked, general working account. The Trust Account can be accessed using our branch network; phone and internet banking with account holders being able to upload rent roll payments and forward these electronically#. No interest is paid to the account holder, rather, interest earned is paid in accordance with government legislation. Meanwhile, the associated general working account also offers over-the-counter, chequebook, phone and internet banking access.
