Cashcard ATM Network

Your Rock Cashcard provides you with the convenience of 24 hours, 7 days a week access to your Rock account and can be used Australia-wide at over 19,500 ATMs and 440,000 EFTPOS terminals.

ATM Direct Charging

From 3 March 2009, the way in which all Australian banking customers are charged for using ATMs changed, with direct charging taking effect. For more information, please click here.

The Rock has since negotiated significantly reduced ATM transaction fees for its customers who use Westpac's national ATM network, including St George and Bank SA ATMs. Rock Customers using their Rock ATM card at any of these ATMs will only incur a total fee of $1.50.

For Security reasons DO NOT write your ATM card PIN on, or keep it in an undisguised form with your ATM card, or disclose your PIN to anyone else.
