How to apply for a Home Loan
with The Rock
Your loan needs are important to us and should you complete the forms below, we will call you:

How do you contact The Rock Building Society?
Email your contact details to us (or call us on 1800 806 645) and one of our Home Loan Consultants will call you, at a convenient time for you, and we will complete the loan application form. We will subsequently need to get you to sign the form and to send in proof of income and any other relevant documentation to support your application.

Complete all relevant sections of the application form. Phone our Home Loan Hotline on 1800 806 645 (or email us) if you need any assistance in completing the application form. One of our Home Loan Consultants will contact you about your application. You will need to post or fax us supporting documentation, as outlined in the application form. Please note that we will need to sight originals or have a certified copy of the original.

Approval of Your Application
Most loan applications are conditionally approved within 48 hours of us receiving all the necessary information.
The timing of final approval depends on how long it takes to get an independent valuer to inspect the property offered as security (it can take time to obtain access to the property).
We will advise you promptly when approval is finalised, and our solicitors will be instructed to prepare the necessary loan documentation.
