Financial Hardship

Financial hardship occurs when a customer genuinely wants to meet their loan repayments to The Rock but is unable to do so.

You may get into financial difficulties for any one of a number of reasons. You may lose your job, or regular overtime; your business or investments may experience a downturn; your relationship may breakdown; you may incur unexpected medical expenses as a result of illness.

In some cases, the problem won't be a major event but a pattern of poor money management over time. In other words, living beyond your means!

Whatever the reason, if you find you are not able to meet your obligations to us-or anticipate not being able to do so in the near future-contact us now to discuss your problems.

At The Rock, we want to work with customers experiencing financial hardship, so that together we can find a way of keeping you as a regular, conforming account holder, or getting you back on track as soon as possible. To this end, we will look at a range of assistance options to see what might be suited to your circumstances.

Our credit management team are trained, understanding, and realistic.

As long as you are committed to dealing with your problems, and are honest and upfront with us, we will do everything we can to find a way forward together.

But don't delay! The sooner you act, the greater the chance of achieving a long term solution that will keep you in your house and able to meet your commitments.
