BPAY
What is BPAY?
BPAY is the easy way to pay your bills.
If your bill has the BPAY logo on it, you can pay it from your Rock account at no charge to you.
How can I use BPAY?
You can use BPAY in any of the following ways:
- Click on I-Bank access and log on to our I-Bank internet banking service.
- Ring our RockDirect telephone banking service on
1300 130 677.
- Take your bill into any branch or agency of The Rock and tell us from which account you wish to pay your bill.
How do I register?
You need to register with us before you can use telephone banking or internet banking. You need only register once, and the same access code applies to both internet banking and telephone banking.
If you haven't registered yet, call us on 1800 806 645.
Why use BPAY?
BPAY will save time and money. There are no transaction fees or charges when you use BPAY.
