I-Bank Registration

  1. I-Bank is available to all Rock clients.
  2. For details on how to register for I-Bank please call one of our friendly Customer Service Officers on 1800 806 645(during business hours), or contact your nearest Rock branch.
  3. Your I-Bank access password is the same as your RockDirect Phone Banking access password.
  4. If you have already registered for RockDirect Phone Banking, then you are automatically registered for I-Bank access.
  5. If you wish to make transfers from your Rock account to an account with another financial institution, you will first need to advise us of your preferred maximum amount for such transactions. Until you advise us of your required limit, it will be set at $Nil, effectively preventing such payments.

What you can do
in I-Bank?

View your account balances and transaction details for savings, term deposits and loans;

transfer funds between your accounts with The Rock;

transfer funds to another Rock client's account;

transfer funds to an account with another financial institution;

pay bills using BPAY; and

view and print account statements.
