Don't just look at
the rate!

There are a number of other factors that you need to consider when determining the most cost effective home loan for you:

Does it allow you to minimise interest with a 100% Mortgage Offset Facility?

Can you make additional repayments without penalty?

Are you able to redraw funds at no cost?

Are you able to change your interest from fixed to variable, or vice versa?

Can you keep the same mortgage when you move house?

Is there an expensive up-front fee?

What are the on-going account keeping fees?
