You can benefit from the convenience of our Cashcard, chequebook, telephone banking and internet banking facilities, providing you with ready access to your funds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Interest is calculated daily on part balance, and is paid into your account four times a year.

Your pension can be credited directly to your Pension Account at The Rock, and regular payments, like health insurance, can be paid automatically from your account on your behalf.

The Rock Pension Account is restricted to those who are aged 55 years or older and who also receive a government pension or self funded retirees.
