Telephone Banking
To Register
To obtain details on how to register for RockDirect phone banking simply call 1300 130 677 and select option 2. You will need details of the accounts that you wish to access through RockDirect phone banking, together with suitable identification.
Access Password
Your RockDirect access password is your password for phone banking. It is important to select a password that is difficult for someone else to guess. For security reasons, do not keep your access password with your account information, or disclose it to anyone else.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Ring 1300 130 677.
Step 2
After the welcome message you will be given the following options:
- If you are a registered RockDirect user, please Press 1.
- If you wish to register for phone or internet banking access, please Press 2.
Step 3
The phone banking system will then request the entry of your Rock Client Number and Access Password. You will then proceed to the main menu.
Main Menu
- For savings balances, Press 1;
- For loan and term deposit balances, Press 2;
- To review the last 5 transactions on a selected account, Press 3;
- To make a bill payment using BPay, Press 4;
- To transfer funds between selected accounts, Press 5;
- To change your telephone access password, Press 6;
- For other functions, Press 8; or
- To speak to our Support Centre, Press 9.
Other Functions Menu
- To order a statement, Press 1;
- For the total interest earned on your accounts in the last financial year Press 2;
- To access another client number Press 3;
- To speak to our Support Centre Press 9; or
- Press 0 to return to 'Main' menu.
Please Note:
The phone banking system uses the telephone keypad hash character "#" to enter requested data.
